お嫁さん移民
もう10日ほど前になるが、毎年恒例の歩くスキーのラングラウフ大会に参加した。開催地は月山山麓で今年は10キロ競争に挑んだ。大会参加まで歩いて会社に通っていたので、今年は体力が充分あり快走した。月山山麓のなかでも、新庄地方でこの地域は僕が大好きな場所だ。
JA舟形で営農販売部長だった近田さんは地元の農家の後継者を集め、集団で中国の吉林省に出かけるそのリーダー役を長い間務めている。近田さんの趣味がラングラウフで、花作りのたいっちゃん他3人とスキーが終わった後、お嫁さんになった吉林省出身の若奥さんが作る水餃子に舌鼓を打った。肘折温泉から最上川に沿って庄内の飛行場に行く途中教会がいくつもあり、日曜日の午前中には彼女たちが中国語でお説教を聞いている。近田さんは言う。「そろそろ中国の一人っ子政策の中で育った人達が成人する時期になりました。ツトムさんの奥さんはフィリピンから来てもらいました。」保守的な農村部に海外からお嫁さんを迎え入れる。最初のお嫁さん達の苦労を思うとこちらも悲しくなるが、ラングラウフ後のたいっちゃんの家での会食は、たいっちゃんはもとよりお父さん、お母さんの優しい気遣いが感じられ、苦労を乗り越えお嫁さんは実の娘のように慕っている。
渥美半島でも吉林省からお嫁さんを迎え入れた家があると聞いた。早く仲間が増え地域に溶け込んでいって欲しいと願っている。日本は難民に対し世界で最も多額の援助しているが、一方移民の受け入れに対しては頑な態度を示している。ダブルスタンダードを使い分けているのにはそれなりの理由があると理解はできるが、日本人の人口動態を見るとき、結婚した女性が働き続け元気な高齢者が働き続けるだけで国力を維持することが難しいと判断するのであれば、移民の受け入れなどを通じ、一定の人の移動を認めていく必要がある。その時、名称を何とか系日本人と呼ぶ差別を無くしていかなくてはならない。新庄地方は近田さんをはじめ周りの人達が移民を受け入れる気構えがしっかりしているので、うまくいっているのである。
P.S.切り花の花保ちに与える影響について一言。保冷２０％、湿敷（水バケツ）３０％、前処理から後処理の薬剤処理５０％。切り花産地は野菜果物産地でもあるので、保冷と前処理後処理を徹底することは割合と早い時期にできるのではないかと、大田花きでは考えている。
Bridal ImmigrationI took part in a cross country skiing about 10 days ago. The venue was Yamagata prefecture, which is one of my favourite areas. I used to walk to the company for some reasons taking about 40 minutes. So I was tough enough to complete the distance.
One of my friends, named Konda-san, living in Yamagata prefecture, has been a leader of a group of successors for a long time, who goes to Jilin(North East of China) to find brides. He likes cross country skiing. After the cross country skiing race, we smacked our lips over Chinese dumplings cooked by his wife, who is from Jilin. On the way to the airport, I saw people from China, as well as his wife, preached in church in Chinese on Sunday morning. Konda-san told me that one of his friends has a wife from Philippine. Accepting a bride from abroad must be so difficult not only for people who accept a bride to welcome but also for a bride herself to get used to a rather conservative community located in a rural area. However, they seemed to have overcome all those difficulties. I felt a warm atmosphere having dinner with them. The family has accepted her with a tender heart and she also seems to love them corresponding to such kindness as if she was their true daughter. I have ever heard that there is another family that welcomed a bride from Jilin. I hope they will become familiar soon like my friend's family.
The Japanese government contributes the most amount of relief fund to refugees. On the contrary to this fact, the government is reluctant to accept them. I do understand those two positions on this matter, however, the government also needs to permit such a movement to some extent including immigration. Considering the movement of Japanese population, it is apparently difficult to maintain national wealth as it is now judging from the fact that women keep working in a society after their marriage and aged people keep working. We have to eliminate discrimination and prejudice against immigrants. Konda-san family is getting on very well with each other owing to their mental preparedness.

2. Watering (put them in buckets)---30%
3. Chemical treatment---50%
We will be thorough in above 1 and 2 within a rather short time.
